Program Details
Little Scholars offers full-time or part-time child care to fit every family’s needs. Child care is available for infants ages six weeks through school-aged children. Each classroom is divided by appropriate age groups. Our environment is arranged to provide interest centers for small-group use including dramatic play, book center, block area, manipulatives, free art activities, computers, and others. Our daily schedule includes breakfast, interest-center time, circle/story time, lunch, quiet/rest time, snack, planned activities, and outdoor/indoor play.

We offer flexibile enrollment options for the working family. The following briefly outlines our available enrollment types.

Guidance / Discipline
Children need adult guidance as they discover boundaries and learn rules for daily living. Our staff is trained to understand appropriate behavior expectations for all ages of children cared for at the center. While discipline is usually thought of as punishment, we prefer to use techniques that help the child learn appropriate ways to resolve problems and conflicts. Our goal is to create an environment where children can gain self-respect, self-control, and sensitivity toward others.
